Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy born 25th November, 1968 in Canada, is a Canadian actress and musician who was recognized for her significant contributions to American television. She has been praised for her exceptional performances on the American TV show Law & Order in which she was Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons, and Crossing Jordan, wherein she portrayed Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six seasons. Hennessy is also famous for her stellar performances on RoboCop 3 Most Wanted. The other films she has appeared in include Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) as well as The Acting Class. The acting career of Hennessy began in 1988 when she along with her sister played twin callgirls in Dead Ringers. In 1990, she briefly appeared on Broadway on Broadway as Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. She then moved into science-fiction and was Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. Following that the biggest breakthrough came when she joined NBC's hit drama Law & Order to play assistant district attorneys Claire Kincaid. As part of the show she entertained viewers for three years until the year 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker has been in many series and films, among them RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys from the Side West Wing Angels and Angels in America. As a result of these roles she received a Golden Globe Award in 2006 and an Emmy Award in 2007. Parker received an award in 2001, the Tony Award as Best Actress in the Broadway show Proof.
